What do we really want?

One big question that we all share at some point in our life is ‘what do we really want?’and I’m sure you’ll agree that we want security, love, health, abundance, money, more sleep, joy and happiness… but this leads to another question, ‘who’s going to give us this?’  and I’m sure that we all realise by now that no one can give us anything… unless we are willing to conform to their ideas and ways… So it just leaves our self!  ‘but how do we give our self these things?’  The human mind certainly hasn’t managed to come up with an answer yet…

But maybe… expanding beyond our mind, beyond our thinking, lies an answer…  When we allow ourselves to relax and be still in the present moment, during meditation or absorbed in a creative art, something we enjoy to do… we tap into another space and experience a sense of peace, harmony and overwhelming passion…  This is our human spirit and soul… an energy of pure love, our core passion, where we know instinctively that‘everything is OK, everything is perfect just as it is’… Our spirit and soul has always been with us, just beyond our physical and busy human life… waiting patiently for us to rekindle our relationship and together live in an unlimited and loving way…  

To help explain expanding beyond… I’d like to introduce you to the tube (that lies inside a role of wrapping paper)…

The inner tube represents our life… our society, mass consciousness, karma and ancestors… It is linear, drab and uninspiring… Our human reality is full of predictions, prophecies, traditions, beliefs, patterns, routines etc.  We have adapted our self to living with limited thoughts, limited imagination and limited ideas, never really realizing that there might be a beautiful world, a beautiful gift outside of what we know…  Our life, inside the tube has become our comfort zone and keeps us in the illusion that ‘This is it!’

We stay in the tube… because of time and space, our 3D consciousness and belief systems… In order to expand out of the tube we have to release time and space, our absolute physical reality, our comfort zone and believes… Not to destroy them or deny them, but release the tight grip it has on our life…To allow our self to go out and explore beyond what we know…

It’s a tough challenge; our physical reality is very dense.  We are all tightly woven into a fearful, limited and controlled society. We even FEAR the unknown…

We are not talking about remaining inside or outside ‘the tube’ indefinitely… it’s about allowing our self to choose in each moment where we want to be, what we want to do and how we want to live our life. Both realities can be fun…  It’s about allowing the tube, our reality, to dissolve for a moment and have an extraordinary experience…

Going beyond, exploring the unknown and bringing in our potentials is what living in the New Energy Consciousness is all about.  We create for ourself a safe, quiet and relaxed environment… exploring the depths of ourself, reconnecting with our core passion and rise above the limited and fearful humanness and comfort zone…. There is no method (methods and ways belong to the limited human being), we just allow ourself to be what individually suits us in each conscious moment…

Make sure you’re sitting comfortably and gently close your eyes…. Breathe deeply and calmly in and out… in and out… feel your tummy pushing out during each breath… be aware of your feet firmly on the ground… Imagine tiny branches growing out from the soles of your feet and rooting down into the earth… anchoring you, supporting you…

Breathe in and out, deeply and calmly… be aware of the air passing in and out of your nostrils as you breathe…

Imagine that you are breathing in tiny atoms of light energy… that are slowly filling up your whole body… Breathing in and out… imagine all your cells dancing and bathing in the light… and feel your whole body beginning to vibrate into aliveness… Feel the energy inside your body moving…

And when you breathe out, imagine all your tension, toxins and everything that no longer serves you… leaving your body, going back into a neutral territory…  Breathe in and out… and feel your body relaxing more…

Now imagine yourself inside the tube, your physical reality, a time and space and believe system that you have allowed yourself to live in for so long… feel the energy inside the tube… no need for judgement, just feel and observe…

Breathing in and out… Just Feel…

Slowly the tube starts to dissolve around you, you feel much lighter…. So light… and your body begins to float up into the skies… You glide through the air, like a fluffy cloud… You feel absolutely safe and trust yourself implicitly.  You are exploring endless space, endless nothingness… a space where your human spirit and soul soars in and out of uncharted territory in total freedom…

You have no words to describe how you feel, you totally indulge in this experience…

You feel overwhelmed with LOVE and you know that you are ONE with your spirit and soul…

You feel passion at your core… at peace, totally safe and joyous…

You look down and see many lights shining brightly from below… from your home… Earth… You know that these are all your friends celebrating all over the globe… this day… all sharing the same grand vision of unity and together co-creating a loving and peaceful earth… You feel immensely proud of being a part of such a global happening… You know you are making a difference, just being your amazing self, lighting up the world around you…

Slowly you begin to float back down to earth, into your chair… you become aware of your physical body, your feet firmly on the floor.  You bring with you a new sense of timeless infinite reality… You are aware now that you can experience both or either realities whenever you want to.  You feel at one, whole… body, mind and spirit…

Take a few deep breathes, in and out, feel calm and inspired… and slowly open your eyes…

Namaste…  A greeting and acknowledgment from one soul to another…

Infinite Love... A poem to my mum...

 

I REMEMBER feeling you for the first time, so soft and cuddly

and feeling a sense of belonging...

I REMEMBER blowing out my first birthday candle, making a mess

and bouncing in an indoor chair...

I REMEMBER playing with my sister outdoors and in our conservatory

watching the caterpillars, chrysalis and butterflies transform in jam-jars…

I REMEMBER taking care of our pet guinea-pig, rabbit and cat

and the pony who still remains in my imagination…

I REMEMBER hearing the piano played, the fingers so fluent on the keys

and my music lessons on the guitar…

I REMEMBER playing with my friends in the park and digging

our garden with my dad and sister…

I REMEMBER trips to my grandparents in the country and in the town

celebrating family birthdays, weddings and christmas..

I REMEMBER the inner joy I always felt at christmas time, santa's sherry

and mince pie, made possible by you and dad's love and excitement...

Not only for Mothers Day 2013 but for every day...  

To truly love self...

This last month has been really heavy for me... I feel the energies have intensified so much these past few weeks, vibrating at a very fast and high frequency...  not only coming from the cosmos but also from the centre of the earth... like hot flames burning away all my yesterdays that no longer support me... my old ways, memories, habits, addictions, patterns etc...  until IAM left with only a peaceful and solid sense of pure love, joy and light...  As I wrote in a recent blog post,  it's taken a toll on my face.. there is no getting away from it... and it continues to flake, peeling all the layers of yesterday off...  I feel like a snake shredding its skin.. going into another phase in life...  So I do know it's important for me to stay relaxed and peaceful and focus on healing and balancing my body consciousness. (body, mind and spirit)..  

Last friday/saturday i 'went into' drama and started feeling sorry for myself, being the poor me and victim... that nothing works etc...  and what happened... my face followed my thoughts and beliefs and I took a step back in my healing and my face became inflamed again...  It was a way of reminding myself that I was not truly loving myself, not trusting myself to heal and knowing that IAM a magnificent light being in a physical body rebalancing my body consciousness... I knew I had to stay away from outside stress, to drink plenty of water, eat a little of good things I liked and to leave off the wine for a while... 

So I thank myself for this test, although I failed, I will remember to focus on wholeness, on my truth, on my magnificence... instead of buying into the fear and victimhood... 

I know that IAM not the only one going through this great shift of energy... we are all being confronted with our fears and having the chance now to release them and integrate fully with our soul, our IAM presence, our magnificent self...  No-one else can help us, each one of us has our own unique wisdom inside of us to guide us home... guide us to be who we truly are... DivineHuman Beings...

It is up to ourself to make sure that our body, mind and spirit is healthy and vibrant so that we can totally care for our self first, our home, our relationship, our family and business...  We have to stand up for ourself, find time to recharge our batteries, write everything down (because everyones memory is being rewired right now) so we remember everything important and make sure that we eat well, drink well and sleep well... We are the one that is responsible for everything in our life, everything that happens... and are the only one who can HELP OURSELF... 

Know that YOU are made up of LOVE itself...  no more searching... everything is right under your  nose... Now is the time to allow yourself to shine, to sleep, to set boundaries at home and work... to say NO when things don't work for you at that moment... to take charge of yourself, your life by focusing on creating your desires and be in JOY...

A Lazy Sunday... Exploring Benalmadena Pueblo...

The light awoke us, the sun was rising and the last sliver of the old moon was showing her presence... a time for final cleansing, meditation, releasing old patterns to be ready for something new... how beautiful and colourful... the sea glimmered.  Breakfast was served, coffee con leche enjoyed... and it was time to explore the area, find a golf course, a sunday newspaper and a place in the sun to sit and relax...

We decided to take the mountain road to visit Benalmadena Pueblo... we were very impressed... with a 10 minute journey by car to the top... After parking the car we walked to the Plaza de Espana where the popular sculpture 'La Nina de Benalmadena' stands proud.  She is twinned with the 'Manekken Pis' situated in Brussels.  We enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee on the terrace outside the Restaurant 'La Nina'.

Next we wandered to the Church of Santo Domingo Guzman, that stands on the site of the former Moorish Castle and is surrounded by the Jardines del Muro and wonderful views of the coast. Of course I'd heard about the Buddhist Temple, La Estupa de la Iluminacion and went to visit it... What a marvel, a majestic building 33 metres high and 25 metres wide... such serenity... my heart opens with joy to see it... to feel it... The temple represents Buddha's enlightenment... the nature of an awakened person... I hope that many people will take the time to see this... to feel the peace it radiates and allow it to initiate their awakening...  

For lunch we drove to the top of the village where there are some shops and restaurants.  We sat on the terrace of Le Parador, a spanish restaurant and enjoyed 'a spanish pizza with oregano' 4 staggoni and Le Parador ensalade with a glass of their house rioja...  We had beautiful views of the village below and the Mediterranean sea...

Sunday evening we returned to the port of Benalmadena, and headed directly to the
Angus Restaurant, Puerto Marina, Benalmadena Costa... Reservation 952 57 57 98 
as we wanted to taste the famous Argentinian beef.  As we stepped into the restaurant from the cold and windy evening, we were pleasantly welcomed by a lovely warm room and friendly smiles.  We ordered an Argentina Cabernet Sauvignon 2010, Goyenechea, a very full and fruity red wine which complimented our dinner.  We were given a taster of their delicious homemade pate to tempt the taste buds... we followed this with a medium rare filet mignon accompanied with a jacket potatoe, sautéed vegetables and corn on the cob.  We loved the Argentina tango music playing in the background, the romantic atmosphere and the view of the sunset and moored yachts bobbing on the water...  An excellent experience, food, wine, atmosphere and service...

Back to basics...

Is it just me? or do others wonder about why things don't seem to work as they used to? and do you ask yourself what is it you're doing wrong? or why isn't something happening or working for you?

My answer to myself... It is time to go back to basics, focus and pay attention on myself, my joys, my fears... making sure that my energy flows. Make sure I listen to my inner voice, that my divine self is heard and in order to remain innocent and free from unresolved past issues, allow everything to be released that causes any negative thoughts, hurts, sadness...

It is time to be with myself, to trust and allow self to be creative and bring new potentials into my reality. It is time to slowly move forward and be guided by the divineness and sacredness that awaits me. I know for sure that the old ways of doing and being no longer work and no longer serve my highest interest...

It is now time to allow my divine and sacred being to guide me from moment to moment into true living and joy! This tuesday I will be painting my elementals around a magic round table...I will be opening up to new potentials!

Question to myself... Why aren't things happening for me like they used to?
